Let’s be honest: I’m probably not your typical PT. I’m not here to yell at you through a screen or push you until you can’t walk. If you’re an everyday person who just wants to feel capable, mobile, and energized again—without the gym-head ego—then we’re going to get along just fine.

I founded Circular Roots because I was tired of seeing people start complicated fitness plans only to quit 10 days later because they felt broken. My goal for these 14 days is simple: to help you move without pain and build a routine you actually look forward to doing.

I’ve designed this reset to be the last time you ever have to 'start over.' We're stripping away the noise and focusing on the small, smart levers that make the biggest difference.
