Weeks 1-2
Finding Your Groove
No ego here. We start with higher reps and a deep focus on perfecting your form. This is about building the movements that protect your body before we add the weight.
Weeks 3-4
Adding Some Weight
This is where we start putting more plates on the bar. Now that your form is solid, we'll begin challenging your nervous system and seeing what you're truly capable of.
Weeks 5-6
Owning the Movement
The "Strong 5" phase. We peak your absolute strength and lock in your new capacity. You’ll finish the six weeks feeling solid, moving better, and living with a total sense of confidence.
We don't do random.
Most programs are so intense or random that you end up more sore than strong. We use a tiered system that covers all the bases—The Barbell, The Kettlebell, and The Finisher—ensuring you build real-world strength that actually lasts.
The Structure of Your Session.
Every workout is designed with a clear purpose.
The Barbell
Phase: Built to Last
This is the heart of the "Strong 5." We focus on the Big Three—Squat, Press, and Deadlift. In Weeks 1-4, we dial in the technique; in Weeks 5-6, we use the barbell to unlock your true power.
The Kettlebell
Phase: Balanced Motion
Standard machines isolate; kettlebells integrate. We use functional pairs to iron out the stability gaps that often lead to injury. This ensures your strength translates from the gym to the real world.
The Finisher
Phase: Real-world Resilience
Controlled bodyweight work and core conditioning. We wrap up every session by reinforcing your movement habits so you leave feeling solid and capable, not just "beaten up."
Equipment & Kit.
To get the most out of Foundations, you'll need access to a standard gym or a well-equipped home setup. We focus on tools that build maximum leverage.
No gym access?
Foundations is a Barbell and Kettlebell program. To get the results I promise, you need the right tools.
If you're training bodyweight-only, the Tally form will automatically suggest a more effective track for your current setup. We don't guess; we calibrate.
